Where did I say drinking and driving never killed anyone? I have a problem with cops continuing to harass people when they know they have done nothing wrong. My "DWI episode" was based on the cop unlawfully stopping me and then running me through every test he could. If he didn't know I had not been drinking after having me out of my car for 15 minutes then he needs to get a new job. He was wasting my time and his when there were people out there actually up to no good. Regarding the eye test, I knew what to look for (or what to have the person administering the test to look for). I didn't realize I needed to go into great detail about my experience/knowledge with the test. I'll keep that in mind next time I post on these threads. I guess I forget we have the MADD crew surfing the forums with nothing better to do.
I have never taken any of these tests. The cops usually drive right past me at night. It's just a fluke that he pulled you over.
