    Yes!!

Putting Wood on perimeter offensively prevents him from getting offensive rebounds, while Theis is crap at collecting any kind of rebounds even though playing closer to rim.

On defense, Theis loves to switch on perimeter leaving rim unprotected (or protected by a guard, usually KPJ or Green).

So Theis, who is already a poor rebounder and rim protector, places himself at an even greater disadvantage on the boards.

I mean just watch the tape of every game this season (except for one).

so you are saying players just blatantly forget and ignore what they practiced? if that's the case I expect Silas talk to them on the sideline for missed sets/plays. Or you saying that's not Silas's job players need to learn on their own?

I never said that you did. Who ever said anything about blatant. It’s about decision making. On court decision making. That’s not on coaching. Besides are you there every play to see what Silas does and doesn’t do? Are you in the locker rooms or conference rooms? Offices? Not sure what your expectations are when you mentioned “talk to”. It’s not high school or college even. You don’t talk about every missed play. You live and die with your system your players. They go out and execute and make on court modifications and decisions. That’s why players hold each other accountable on the court. That’s why players talk and communicate on the court. That’s why team leaders and vets are important. It’s Players that make the NBA go. Not coaches not guys in suits and ties. And definitely not the owners.

No i disagree. The labor and fruits from the labor has always been from the players directly not suits and ties. It never has been. Hard labor. Suits and ties can’t do anything without players. Without players there would be no league. There would be no money. Players make teams win. Players put fans in seats and money in the pockets of owners and Silver.

Yes Theis at his best with the Celtics was a great switch defender. Wood should be roaming and putting the fear of God into anyone trying to get layups

That’s one thing I want Jalen to focus on more than anything that isn’t talked about. Attacking the close out. His first and second step is unguardable. Too often he catches and hesitates. I’d rather him catch rip move and go or rocker step and go or pump and go. Just stop trying to cross them and go. If he can attack a closeout he’ll be a great complimentary piece to whoever is our decision maker of the future.

I wish we’d have KJ weak side corner. Wood dunkers spot green strong side wing and run a KPJ Tate high screen. Have KPJ attack. If he can’t get to the rim he has guys in their optimal spots to hit.

I honestly wish we just ran DHO and high post with sengun but not too many teams play that.

Well then what's Wood's excuse for playing so many years in the NBA and not setting good screens or many screens? Poor FT rate? Poor defense?

The notion that the coaching staff is clueless is just fandom type hyperbole.

The only way that lineup that started the 4th yesterday is if Silas is legit throwing the season.

This is how much faith I have in Silas offense.

    No matter what the rotation.

Its funny you say that but even announcers, players, media and coaches are laughing at him and question his rotations. If you look at SIlas's lineups and your estimation isnt that he's a complete idiot when it comes to that subject look inward.

DHO is what Green does best.

PnR with Theis as roller instead of Wood is one dimensional and easier to defend.

PnR with Theis and Tate at arc does nothing for spacing, neither are threats.

The starting 5 is a fvcked up group, bad fit.

3 minutes of no offense, with that unit who is really surprised?

Replacing Theis with KJ would be a start.

This roster needs more than 1 tweak.
