we're like this because it sucked....deroza had a nice off the side of thebackboard dunk and nate had a nice off the backboard reverse dunk a la Franchise...and that was it, the rest were stuff most ball players with decent hops can do.
Next years lineup: Nate (defending champ) John Wall Derrick Rose All star Dunk In between Dwight and LeBron to punish them for not being in it this year.
They need the REAL stars to participate, that would be much more energetic. Back in the days you had guys like Jordan, Wilkins, Carter, Bird participatin, that was great to watch. I think the nba shot itself this year with that garbage.
That was God awful. The dunk contest needs to take a break until some viable players enter. That was weak.
the worst part of this is nate has now won it 3 times....lebron better win it the next 4 yrs or else that record is CRAP.

Yeh he deserved to but his dunks wouldn't of even got him outta the first round any other year.... and i'm not saying he got over rated again... the rest just sucked!
Worst...Dunk Contest...Ever... I'm going to go watch some old VC to wash away the memories from this one.
Tell me about it...the thought that some naive kids out there are going to think that Nate Robinson is the best dunker of all time makes me want to puke.
I really wish this contest did not take place this year. I'm so ashamed to have watched the whole thing.....
