I would consider it, how much are we talking about? AI off the bench as a backup scoring option.....? Anything that helps this team get better I am all in favor of.... I would just be curious about his mindset and his efficiency....if he commits to running the offense and attacking the basket...then..maybe....but I would think long and hard about it....... DD
i think hes better at chuckin and creating than anyone on the team at this moment. when tmac gets better we can see what happens but im saying this to win now, if it doesnt work so be it, neither has any other rocket experiment.
as a 2nd option for scoring, def not the bench. plus we dont have any starter better than him at the position.
There aren't but Ron made it pretty clear he wants to get PAID and also compete for a championship. Houston can do both.
WOW Everyone did you read this. DD would consider having Allen Iverson but wants to get rid of Ron Artest and Tracy McGrady and Iverson is more of a chucker than them. LOL DD are you ok are you having a bad day today??
Haha well sorry to ruin your day but Artest doesn't have a contract after this year and McGrady has a year left. Technically McGrady has a better chance of staying than Artest because 1 year is left but this is the NBA anything can happen. You give Artest a long contract and throw the money at him if you want. Its all like a ticking time bomb. Just waiting to explode.
Yeah he wants to get paid but think about it. We don't really have that much coming off the books. We aren't the only team in the NBA and I think its gonna it us in the face because Artest as McGrady admitted they would like to play with Kobe. I think Artest does a Carlos Boozer to us and sign with the Lakers and play with Kobe. As much as I hate that I think so because they have more money coming off the books with Lamar Odom and that way they would be able to throw more money at him Also being in L.A I think he would get the opportunity to promote his album. Thats if he is still doing it.

i dont think ai will get 10 to 12 next year... but ai may be still better than brooks at this moment. sign him like bonzi and sf3 may be low risk. XD but i think clipper or golden state may be more suitable for ai...
Iverson doesn't pass the ball and by reading your post i know your a guy that loves team basketball. Iverson needs to be on a team where he can be THE GUY. He comes here and basically we'll be doing the same thing like Detroit wanted him to do and that's be a point guard. I don't think you should do too much thinking because believe it or not we have our Iverson already in Aaron Brooks. He is constantly attacking the basket and making plays. At least he passes the ball. I would love A.I on this team but a few years ago. Now I believe his time is up

All star team? Iverson, Tmac, Artest and Yao. Nice on paper, what about reality? I always wanted Iverson alongside Tmac. One is a scorer in a PG body, the other is playmaker in a SG body. But that is 2006. When both are consider top 10 players. Can they still do it at 2009? Say what you want about Iverson. He can still score, work hard on defense and always play with heart. But a recovering player coming to Rox? About signing him for the rox, i'm split 50-50.
