Definitely The Crow. It's the only soundtrack that I've ever liked almost all the songs. Although, most of my favorite theme songs/scores are by Danny Elfman. He rocks.

Ok, I'm assuming you are talking about the soundtrack - i.e. the CD with songs played in the movie - and not the FILM SCORE - the background music, usually orchestral, correct?
But my darkhorse, and one that I've been listening to for about a month straight is: I loves me some Explosions In The Sky. This soundtrack is addicting.
Sometimes there is only a score available (gladiator), or only a soundtrack available (requiem for a dream). Damn... I forgot Requiem for a Dream!
