Shawn Marion is a must for anybody with a First 3 pick, (lol, I got him with my fourth pick once, somebody picked vince carter ahead of him). He'll get you a bit of everything except assists. T-Mac, heh, nice to see another example of Rockets homerism :p. If he stays healthy, you'll be getting first round production from a player in the second round. Oh man, how did you get Dwight Howard AND Joe Johnson? And then Raymond FELTON? Those three picks are awsome man! Marion and Howard alone will combine for 2000 rebounds, Joe Johnson will be scoring more but he's still a top tier shooting guard, put him in the moment T-Mac goes down (god forbid). Raymond Felton
is primed for his starting job in Charlotte, and he'll probably put up Chris Paul-esque numbers. and his FG% will be high too,l since he likes driving to the rim and dishing, that's his strength. So far you've got Marion, Howard, Felton, who are great FG% guys (I know FElton had a 39% last year, but I expect him to improve by dirving more to the rim), and hopefully T-Mac and JJ will offset Howard's horrible free throw shooting.

If that's Juwan Howard I see there, I'll puke. But I'm assuming you are not a Juwan lover, so that should be Josh Howard. Avery Johnson gave him a target this year of at least 4 assists (which is pretty difficult when Jason terry averages 2.3 assists), great value in the fifth round. Morris Peterson will give you steals and threes, and Al Harrington, well, i'm afraid to say that I dont know much about him, so I cant give you anyalsis there..........you probably picked Darko slight ahead of his place, possibly Speedy Claxton could've been there. Wally, the spot up shooter, points but not much else, and here your homerism pays off! Rafer alston in the 11 round?! Brilliant value! He's usually gone by the fifth or sixth round. Leondra Barbosa, I'm not quite sure about him, he's usually avliable on the waiver line too. Joel will give you blocks and rebounds, he's one of those 'one catagory centers'. Overall, nice picking, especially with RAfer Alston and the first 6 rounds.

Suggestion: Can we please all state how many teams are in the league first before they post their teams? Some of these teams have amazing rosters, but the league only represent 8 teams. Let's not mislead.

Here is mine, standard 9-category Yahoo! experts league of 12 teams. I had 9th pick. BTW, it's my only team because I hate a conflict of interests in fantasy. Please rate.

I'm just going to comment on your current team. I think your Three point threats are good, considering Ray Allen, Dirk, Brad Miller, Richardson, Carmelo Anthony can all shoot the three (relatively) well. Oh yeah, add Boris Diaw and Prince. Rebounds I'm not quite sure, your main rebounding threats are Miller and Nowiztki, and Anthony can't rebound very well. Just a quick analysis.

Yeah exactly. I took Carmelo in the 2nd round bc i Know he's going to have a Big year. I expect him to score around 25 ppg but he doesn't offer much anywhere else. I think I reached because subconciously I was looking to draft him. I originally got a steal with Bibby in the 4th and traded him as the centerpiece to get Ray ray. I also sense a very solid year from raymond felton. My biggest question mark is Diaw and if I gave up too much in the trade. Right now I think I need a PF that can rebound. I'm thinking of putting Cuttino (good for 3s not much else) and Tayshaun Prince on the trading block. I'm may also put Carmelo on the trade block, for a more versatile all around 2nd or 3rd rounder on some other team. What do you think my next move should be?

Trade Carmelo to whoever has Zach Randolph and one more player who can "sprinkle" the stat line that he picked up in the 6th or 7th round if you can... probably like a (Battier, Harrington, Josh Howard etc). Many people are undervaluing Randolph (probably including whoever has him in your league) and he is exactly what you need while not losing many points compared to Melo he will grab you 10 boards a game which is what you lack.

    From my 12 team league....

    1. (1) L. James SF
    2. (24) C. Billups PG
    3. (25) T. McGrady SG,SF
    4. (48) J. Terry PG
    5. (49) M. James PG
    6. (72) J. Nelson PG
    7. (73) C. Maggette SG,SF
    8. (96) M. Miller SG,SF
    9. (97) M. Williams SF,PF
    10. (120) P. Brown PF,C
    11. (121) Ju. Jones SF
    12. (144) Z. Pachulia PF,C
    13. (145) D. Jones PG

    Dropped
Jumane and Damon Jones and Williams

    Added
    Maglore, Gay, Wells

Overall, I'm surprised I have this team from autopick. I'm weak at the 4 and 5. TO and blocks could be a problem, but I have decent PGs like Terry or James to trade for a bigman, and Gay if he has a monster start.

Unfortunately Yahoo still has the no IL rule, but my league uses only one C slot.

I'm betting that Tyrus Thomas is the most added player this week, especially if he plays tonight after breaking his nose last night. He was super active last night, blocking shots, pulling down offensive boards. If he keeps up that work ethic, he'll get some serious minutes and be a stat-line filler.

I wanted to brag a little. Some idiot in my league (one of the ones I don't know personally) cut Andrew Bogut after one game. Luckily, I was on top of the waiver list and got dibs. I picked up a player who should have been a 5th or 6th round pick off waivers.

If you have shaq, he'll probably single-handedly lower your FT%. Your best hope is to trade him, since Shaq only managed to get an averge of 20 points last season by have a couple of mediocre games and then getting a great game. Trade him with another star and hopefully get something better out of it. Note: Dwight Howard is also a bad free throw shooter too.

I have no idiots in my league and desperately need either 3 pointers or rebounding. I would prefer to have a big man. Who would you trade for Shaq?
Also should I cut Francis for an injury that is supposed to be "indefinate"?
    I have:

    Deron Williams
    Kevin martin
    Mike Bibby
Ron Artest...yeah I know i got 3 kings but at the time i was just looking for the best player
    Zach Randolph
    Carmelo
    Eddy Curry
Steve Francis....who I am dropping cuz of injury and adding earl watson
    A. McDyess....who I am going to drop for Nene
    Shaq
    D.Wade
    Larry Hughes
    Drew Gooden

I wouldn't be so quick to drop Francis just because of an injury. If you do I guarantee someone else will pick him up right away. I too have Francis and I'm hoping he gets traded and I know he will have more value towards mid - late season.

As for trading Shaq I'd try and get Troy Murphy and the equivalent of a Cuttino Mobley. Murphy solves the rebounding as he averaged around 10 last season if I'm not mistaken and he also shoots the 3 decently.
