amen to that. I used to think the harvest cheddar was the best hands down....til i tried the garden salsa.
Shrimp Cracker Smoked Bacon Chips.. All made in korea.. US chips (snack in general ) are pretty poor compare to the ones from Japan & Korea.
Well actually I just buy bread from the bakery. They have like 10 different varieties of bagels and 5-6 varieties of specialty bread. Like most grocery stores, some things are cheaper at Randall's than say an HEB, but you just have to look around. Fresh produce is generally more expensive at Randall's though.
As a person who typically eats fattening foods, I can definitely say that "snacking" on chips (or anything else unhealthy, for that matter) between meals is by far the easiest way to turn into a big fattie. And as a person who lost 60 lbs. 8 yrs ago and has kept it off, I know what I'm talking about. Lay off the snacking and save it for your meals. Your body and your SO will thank you.
I think they are called... Hot and Spicy BBQ Lays. Those are some good chips. And Cracked Pepper chips from Schlotzsky's are also very good.
Again, I mostly laid off of snacking, and refused to eat after 7, along with exercising more. Speaking of which, I need to figure out whether a home gym or a membership is a better idea, but that is another thread.
