The all star game is kind of like a pick up game. They ran two plays very early for Yao and he didn't do well. He also just seemed a little awkward on a couple of plays. Then they just sat him. I think and offense for Yao needs to give him spacing and be in organized sets.
This has been a great game. Defense is being played and good offensive production. This has been one of the better games of the decade.
I don't know......because I want to see my guy play. Its really not that tough to understand. I'm not infuriated by it, its just annoying. That's pretty much the main reason I'm watching this game.
Shaq's home court. You knew Shaq would be allowed to play more since it is his home court and he will try to win the MVP for the home crowd.
Commentators also stated yao told Phil Jax that he only wanted to play about 12 minutes in this game.
Yeah. I'm ok with limiting minutes, but at least he got some touches in this half. Dwight blocking him wasn't cool.
well we just saw what STAT will do when he has Yao open when he gets double teamed. Take it himself and throw it out of bounds. Dont we already have players that wil do that?
Oh snap! Has anyone been watching Yao play in this 3rd quarter? I feel for the guy. The commentators were even covering for him, saying "this is not his game."
Funny. I knew someone would bring that up with all the rumors of his trade. I almost did. Lol. So how did Yao get called for the foul when Dwight basically held him for the loose ball? I like D. Howard, but the Tebow treatment he is starting to get is going to get old really fast.
Even he knows All-star isn't for him, "its too quick." It's good he knows what's good for him and perhaps this team. All-star is all about fun, I'm sure within those 12 minutes, he'll have his fun. Besides, I think he would even have more fun watching.
The more he doesn't play the more comfortable I feel. Given our injury curse something bad happening in a meaningless game is about the last thing in the world we can afford right now.
