I think he missed too many games recently to get the nod. He was definitely having a good year, but that kinda knocked him out of contention. ------------------
Here's what I think: The Blazers, Mavs, Nuggets, and Twolves, each of which have no starters, will be rewarded with at least one player. I think there will be one center, three forwards, and three guards for the bench, regardless of PG/SG, SF/PF, etc. Robinson will be the center. Garnett, McDyess, and Wallace will be the forwards. Payton and Finley will be guards, leaving one guard spot left. That should go to Steve-- without a doubt. The only thing that worries me here hasn't been mentioned yet-- Steve Nash. He has been a good leader and his team gets a lot of press-- he's nowhere near as deserving as Steve, but I can see the coaches doing something stupid like that-- I really can. ------------------ "We're not settling for just getting in the playoffs." "We want a higher seed. There's no doubt. We expect to get in."-- Steve Francis President of the Mo Taylor and Jason Collier fan club! Teams win and lose games, not individuals.
