that's a pretty serious improvement over the garbage they had to wear in the 90's. actually, i don't think they're that bad. i kind of dig the retro style...
The jackets above look cool, but the OP's pic of the jersey really sucks! Once again, whoever designs the crap in Houston dropped the ball. Why didn't they hire the guy who did the Rockets jerseys?
Oh Houston has its own soccer team too. What a sports city. Is soccer popular in Houston? How is your "1836" doing in the league? I am a soccer fan too. Actually it is quite often a soccer team named with its year of foundation.
Frankly, I am a bit tired of the retro stuff these years and I don't like the all star jersey too. Only if they insisted the players to wear the old short pants, then I would call it a real retro.
I like the idea of putting the patches for every year a player's made the All-Star team on the warmup jacket ... but the jersey is pretty ugly.
I don't think the guy who did the Rockets unis did the All-Star unis. So I'm guessing you aren't a fan of the new Rockets jerseys....
the trims of the jersey looks like it came from the indiana pacers jersey. but whoever designed and approved this jersey should be whacked in the head with a big-@ssed tuna! those jersey's are HORRIBLE!
I don't like our new jerseys, they really only suit Tmac. It looks a bit wierd on the other's, especially wesley. The best rockets jersey was one that never existed, there was a thread here about redesigning the rockets uni's (this was from the rocket cartoon logo days) and someone photoshopped steve francis in a hell-wicked midnight blue jersey with a red strip down the side. It was cool as...please repost if you happen to read this, whoever did it..
I like em alright. I love that font. Hey look at that Steve Nash picture.. The collar takes a "star" shape. You can see it a little less defined on the other guys' jackets. Clever if intentional.
