Eh that wasn't the point..the fact that people even play the card about me being a fan of a different university than I attend is pretty stupid.

 

I do applaud you for being a Longhorn fan, but you should know that it's a completely different feeling when you are a student attending the university and fully get yourself exposed to the tradition, rather than just watching the games and attending the games.

That being said, welcome to the Forty Acres, I'm sure you'll have a blast

Well I do agree with that... But why is it held as a sort of "bullet" that people can use against me whenever I'm defending texas or just smack talking for my cockiness for the Horns? And thanks.

 

I think there was a thread about this a few months ago. By all means people can root for whoever the hell they want whether they went to a school or not. However, in my opinion smack-talking should be reserved for students and alumni only...unless of course you're perfectly okay sounding like a douche. However, if you have already been accepted to the school, then I think I'll allow it. :grin:

If he was a p***y, ATM would take him out on clean hits but it's always bush league after the play or out of bounds smacks that Aggies get in.

Real Aggies don't give in that fast. Real Aggies talk loud and hard until the game is over. Then they tell you they didn't lose the game, they just ran out of time.

You probably are right but this is the best defense I have seen since the Slocum era. Statistically they aren't impressive but when I watch them play they actually look pretty solid. They put Miller anywhere they want and let him do whatever he wants, the safety makes tons of plays too. The funny thing is they are both like 110lbs.

Anyways ya, should be a game. TAMU always has something up its sleeve when it plays Texas.

 

what a freaking badass.. I miss McGee Now all we have is this softy Jerrod who has difficulty NOT overthrowing a freaking statue.

 

There are alot of trolls here. People who didn't go to either universities but are vocal for their hatred of them.

I know Aggie fans still respect the rivalry.

 

I was at the Texas Kansas game last night but I forgot to set my DVR to record the game. Does anyone know if there will be a rebroadcast or someplace to download the game? I missed the second half.
