Abdur-Rahim signed a larger contract than Swift. Both contracts were MLE's starting at $5m. However....... Stro has a Player Option for Year 4 @ $6.2m. He will be 29 for nearly all of that 2008-09 season. Abdur-Rahim has a guaranteed 5th year at $6.6m. He will be 33 for nearly all of the 2009-10 season. Speaking of salaries, Abdur-Rahim ought to give half his playoff $ to Artest. That's the person responsible for getting him there.
