I was hoping Havlicek would fall to me in the third round. That's a nice pick. I think Reggie Miller was a bit of a reach this early in the draft. He's a really good shooter and would be a good complementary player for this team, but I'd probably take Rick Barry or Ray Allen before him, who you could probably get in later rounds.
I guess my reason was for my need of a spot up shooter at the gaurd position and isn't Rick Barry a forward? (not sure, could be a guard) Also a couple others could use a scorer and seeing as I get the last pick, I had to make a move. 1. 2.Miller 3.Havlicek 4. 5. Olajuwon
Rick Barry is generally considered a 3, but he could easily play the 2. He's more of a point forward. He's definitely a better scorer than Reggie was, but I'm not sure how his shooting would compare, given that there was no 3 point shot during his prime. I think he would have been great from there.
We need to find a time where most of us can get on and finish the draft. Doing it this way is just too slow
There's a couple people that are not following this thread and that is what is taking so long. We need to just cut their teams and move on with the guys that are paying attention.
I've chose both picks for bullardfan. 1 for bleedrocketsred in the 1st round. Kingstevo in the 2nd.(whose on the clock and don't think he'll pick) I say we drop bullardfan and replace him with someone else. I guess rowdyricky who wanted to get in this. I'm an if about KingStevo, if he fails to show for this pick we drop him as well

Shoot...the top 3 PG prospects on my board get picked all in a row. I'll have to pick one up in a later round. I wanted Jason Kidd most out of those 3. He's not really a scorer but would be a great facilitator for a team like this.

Gary Payton and Michael Jordan on the perimeter of Roxsquad's team is pretty intimidating. Karl Malone and Kareem on the same team is gonna mean a lotta slow in the paint buckets.
