Well some clutch fan members dont know basketball Lowry and Aldridge are two players on the rise. Ginobli is a veteran with alot of championship experience i dont understand it
Since free agency is over I guess I can say this--Why didn't Rodrigue Beaubois or Gary Neal get taken? Beaubois will be healthy next year and will be more like he used to be. If I didn't already have Devin Harris I would have drafted him. My plan was to pick him up if I ever traded Harris but I never pulled a blockbuster trade off. (well...I did pull one off but I got Efrylled) Then Neal was a 42% 3 pt shooter last year and a really nice player.
I didn't like Beaubois' long distance shooting, and Gary Neal is a bit undersized for a SG and can't create his own shot.
Why? Beaubois shot 41% from behind the 3 point line the last season he was healthy. Neal is a role player off the bench. In that role he doesn't need to create his own shot--just make it when he gets the ball.
Beaubois was healthy for the 28 games he played last season and shot 30% from the 3pt line. Since last season is the baseline year, we have to go with the 30%. And Neal is still undersized which makes him a liability on defense.
I know, but he was asking why Beaubois wasn't picked. I was just explaining why I didn't pick him up. I picked up Eric Maynor instead.
