Drafting is a lotta fun. I think voting is the best way to go. Customizing an association is just a lotta work

 

I was also fiddling with another idea for another thing to do during this lockout.

GM-A-TEAM

You will take control of one of the 30 NBA teams and become it's general manager. Your goal is to build a 12-15 man championship or future contending team. There will be a 1 week trading deadline and note there will be no salaries. Me +(if possible) 2 recruits will decide the winner of the each categories.
