    Click new thread, put in thread title, type up the body, and submit. After you submit, click on thread tools where the page number is and click add a poll. Type the poll question, put the expiration date, how many answers choice, but don't select allow multiple votes (if you do, voters can select both teams instead of just one). Then make sure you check the box that makes it public.
