I don't see how it could be his fault.

I certainly do not, that is why I am questioning instead of denying it.

The second biggest probability is Baldwin dismissed protocol that directly attributed to the death. If this is a rare occasion, it's a tragedy. If it's common, it's manslaughter.
That said, few people really know. I don't understand how a loaded weapon would ever appear on a set period.

i heard a news report today saying investigators accidentally destroyed the gun while they were investigating it. baldwin has claimed that the gun went off without him pulling the trigger. i also remember hearing that the weapons people and others on set were shooting some of those guns during off hours, which i would think is a major NO-NO. if thats the case with this gun and they left a round in the chamber then they should be held responsible for her death, not baldwin.

even if found not guilty of manslaughter, as an executive producer he should be held financially accountable for her death. its no secret that a bunch of people walked off that movie because their complaints about unsafe conditions were being ignored. its on baldwin and the other producers to take care of those things.

In NM: Voluntary manslaughter is a fourth-degree felony punishable by up to 18 months in prison and up to $5,000 in fines.

Might get probation. Felony tag is worse than the time.

Hold up dawg. What about the people who accidentally shot Brandon Lee on the set of the Crow? I didn’t see no trial for him? Yo that’s fuked up, stop Asian hate.

I'm happy for Alec. That whole prosecution case was complete BS and should have never gone to trial.

I realize some people hate certain celebs across the spectrum

but these charges were pretty egregious from the beginning. There was no legitimate legal case against him. Dismissing it is the correct decision

The judge dismissed it because the prosecution withheld evidence it would have continued otherwise.
