Dude, the blazers C**K Blocked us on Roy and Rudy. Bunch of Charlie Bravo's over there. Freaking Charles Bronson's.

We don't need Miller. Find a third partner to take Miller and we steal Rudy from them, then they can have Batman.

So basically Rudy replaces Battier in the starting lineup. Except Ariza at the 3 and Rudy at the 2.

    Good to go.

mikeyharris: i like it if we had no choice but to trade T-Mac. I take a chance at letting T-Mac play and prove he can still ball in order to raise his value or just let him walk or resign with us next year(small chance but possible, loves H-Town, loves Yao and this team).

How is Jermaine (O'Neal) doing? Healthy? What are the chances of him resigning with us to be our primary backup C next year?

did you read his post that i quoted? or are you blathering just to boost your post count?

do i think it's a good deal? i don't think it's a bad deal, but it's unnecessary for us at this point (no pun intended). we are fine at pg and this wouldn't improve our team significantly if at all. do i think it's an insulting, rip-off of a deal that all the homer posters and battier-worshipers are making it out to be on this trade? absolutely not, i'd say it's very fair, and the only reason i say it's fair at this point in time rather than tilted the OTHER way is because Portland acquired Miller without needing him and as a result his numbers are down and thus his value is down as well.

well we can't throw pryzbilla in the equation anymore because Oden got injured. We need a center you know who has a nice game Ryan Andersen of the Magic. I would trade for him.

Jermaine is averaging 14pts and 8 rebounds a game.
Jermaine has played in 19 of the Heats 22 games. (Starting in all 19)
2 of the 3 games missed have been due to him being at a funeral so he's been healthy basically the whole season. I think if he plays well and stays healthy, the Rockets would like to sign him back to be back up center and if we give him a fair contract, I don't see why he wouldn't want back.

I had a question. I noticed that many people in the thread are very angry about the Blazers apparently "stealing" Rudy Fernandez and Brandon Roy away from the Rockets.

    How did they do that?

Andre Miller is a good ball player, but I think we should stick with the younger, cheaper tandem we have now.

Sounds like SOMEbody really regrets having made a stupid decision over the summer. Screw Pritchard.

And he has missed 5 games in his 10 year career. Talk about and Iron Man.

I would also offer either Brooks or Lowry for either Webster or Fernandez as part of the deal.

The guy that drafted Bynum, trade for Gasol, traded for Ariza while dumping Radmanovic's contract, and got a ring out of it?

Why are people calling prichard a bad GM? Word around the block as he signed miller as a trading chip in the last off season they expected to have cap room. They signed him to a very tradeable contract (they got a team option third year iirc). If White Chocolate wasn't surprising people in orlando, I wouldn't be surprised if a miller for Gortat deal went down.
