On defense, no and don't get me wrong JHo is a pretty bad defensive player. On offense, yes, but he's just as inefficient. Factor in his salary and he's just not worth it, at all. I think the pacers would be better served waiting another year in FA, or just waiting to see who else they could get with their TE a little later on this year.
I mean, he's not a terrible player. He's probably worth a TE, a protected draft pick and cash. The problem is, he's not worth taking up all that space on the payroll. If the Pacers later forego moves because of luxury tax implications, Harrington will have cost them dearly.
