This goes back to last season, finnegan is one of the bigget dbags in the entire league, maybe more than allen. If Andre is suspended, gotta make a game plan for all foster all the time and a lot of dink and dunks, like today.

 

I was laughing at that as well. Finnegan punching AJ's helmet... who's that going to hurt?

 

There is children at the game AJ, you should be ashamed of yourself.

 

It was totally worth it... Everyone in the NFL knows what type of player/personality AJ is, so it really shows what a douchebag Finnegan is and how dirty they play. If I were AJ, I would quote Josh McDaniels in the press conference, that way he could say that they are dirty without getting fined for it.

Come Dec. 19th, I hope Kubiak goes Chaney on Finnegan, bringing in a goon from the practice squad to take him out.

 

Does anyone know if there are any vids of the first altercation between the two the play before the got ejected?

While I didn't see it I have read on several boards now that during the course of that first play Finnegan got in a short jab that made it's way under AJ's facemask and may have made contact with AJ's throat to which AJ responded with the shove in the back after the play was over.

Did anyone else see that or know of a vid of that first play?

In my opinion, the NFL has to look at this objectively. Finnegan, with his history of being hated, and called by some "The Dirtiest Player in the NFL," should be suspended for a game longer than Andre, especially considering he's jawed with Andre his whole career, and he came at Andre looking to initialize a fight.

With Andres impeccably clean history, and the history of Goodell looking at the past when levying decisions, I hope that the punishment isn't too harsh. A man's got to defend himself, and as we saw today, sometimes, even the coolest headed people of all are pushed too far.

My gut says, if fair, Andre should get a game, Cortland two. My heart says I hope they both get hefty fines.

My only regret is that Cortland didn't get one punch KO'd. Or wasn't bleeding profusely. God, that would have been amazing.

I'm going to come out and say it: I don't think I'm going to take my Andre Johnson jersey that I've been wearing off for a week. I freakin' love the guy. I may hate on this team a lot, especially lately, but I don't know if I have ever appreciated what a guy has done for my favorite sports team more than I do Andre. (I don't even know if I can say the same for Hakeem.)

There should be a statue of Andre Johnson being built outside of that stadium TOMORROW.

 

Shannon Sharpe and Bill Cower just called out Finnegan and the Titans for always being on the other side of a nasty brawl. Goes to show the dirty reputation the Titans have amassed over the years.

 

I hope you get yourself banned. You've proven to be just as much an idiot as Finnegan.

 

You is misunderstanding the situation. It's about time the Texans show they have some heart.
