Dang, the demotivational pic saying Courtland Innegan cause Andre beat the F out of him got moved/deleted. I have it on my cpu, just wanted to know if it was Space City that made it or he found it somewhere.
Are you guys certain that he wont get suspended? Chron.com had a similar article and the retracted it http://www.chron.com/disp/story.mpl/sports/fb/texansfront/7315649.html#loopbegin
True... how the guy on he worst station for news (well, not counting the CW) gets all the scoops is beyond me, but he's first (and right) the vast majority of the time.
This is what you continue to ignore, he started the fight. He didn't make AJ lose control through words, he attacked him in the neck. AJ even backpedaled away, until he realized that Finnegan wasn't stopping.
I didn't ask if he achieved his goal, I asked if he won (got the better end of the stick in the incident)
...in order to get AJ ejected. No one's "ignoring" this. He's been under AJ's skin for years. AJ took out several years of this little girl getting under his skin. And if you don't think AJ was already irritated before the pop in the neck I invite you to review the previous play.
@McClain_on_NFL Johnson and Finnegan were fined 25 grand each but no suspensions for either of them. Looks like Innegan's plan worked perfectly. Cough up 25K for an ass whooping.
I know me too. I'm sure AJ considers 25K quite a bargain to get his hands on Innegan. If he would have known that he would be able to get off lightly, he probably would have done this a long time ago.
I'm just surprised Innigen didn't get suspended seeing as how he's been fined numerous times already this season for acting like a dbag. It speaks volumes to me that AJ didn't get suspended for actually throwing punches. That's pretty much the NFL saying "the dbag deserved it".
Did anything go right for Finnegan in this situation? Team lost He lost the fight Gave up a TD Got embarrassed by losing the fight Johnson didn't even get suspended They were fined the same amount of money. Talk about losing.
I think the league didn't want to suspend AJ, and the easiest way to make that happen (and to not receive any flack in the process) was to not suspend Innegan either.
