It did change but the issue becomes when Harden starts "scoring" again it will go right back to ISO ISO ISO. The first half vs the lakers was so much fun to watch and then the third quarter starts and its stagnant as hell, same goes with OKC. Harden ISO will win us games but at the same token it requires an all-world Harden which he has been most of this season, however when he is shooting 1-17, 2-9 from 3 pt range it just won't cut it. I like and want to see more games like last night which very much remind me of the 2017-2018 season where he was good for his standards but don't need insane performances to win games.

Bruh...I dont remember what you guys remember but we ran ALOT of iso two years ago. Harden will get his shot back and then no one will be able to stop us. I love James Harden step back 3s, one of the most unguardable moves in the game.

The more players that touch the ball, the better off we are... Nobody likes standing around on offense watching James and Russell go one on one. Players will make shots if they are touching the ball and feel involved in the offense. This also translates to better defense.

Don't worry the Rockets will revert back to stagnant offense soon enough.

I couldn't agree more. Firstly, to keep everyone in the loop and touch the ball, find the right one making right shot; secondly, to ask them to contribute on defensive end as well as protect their fruits of offense(esp start from star players); thirdly, star player to close the game with hero ball or make final decision to distribute the ball to right mate.

This!!!! Spamming 3’s is not the answer to our problems.

FG% still matters. The opponent taking the ball out of the basket gives your defense time to set up. Bricking 3 after 3 puts your defense in a bad position. It’s bad for morale (guys get frustrated). It’s bad for confidence (guys get gun shy) . It’s bad for drawing fouls (refs hesitate to call fouls on 3’s).

Shoot plenty of 3’s but don’t forget that points in the paint should be the number 1 option.

I'd like to believe that MDA allowed James to iso himself to the point that he can see that Heavy iso possession basketball is not good for the entirety of the game. I do think Iso is a privilege and advantage our team has when the game demands it. Opponents are content with playing the odds and not worrying if they get scored on because the Rockets defense isn't exactly the stingiest. The way we played our offense they had to move their bodies to guard us
