    I rather we cut Ennis than Prigs.. The veteran experience is to much of a factor and he excels in the D Antoni system

    Agreed. From what I've seen from Ennis, NO outside shot to speak of.
    His only offense is to drive, but then he doesn't finish very well. So what does that leave?
    We can pickup pretty much anybody just to pass the ball

    Ennis - can't shoot, can't finish - cut
    Brown - playmaker; keep depending on Beverley's health
    Hairston - who? - cut
    Wiltjer - pure shooter; keep depending on DMo situation
    Payton - cut; needs D-league development
    Chinanu - keep, but needs D-league development

    He's been here through Summer League AND preseason. The coaches have had plenty of time to evaluate.
    Isn't it safe to assume that there is a REASON he never got to run the point?
    Why in the world did we sign this guy 'undrafted' to a 3 year contract? I hope his Dad is funding most of that.
    This is purely a name association contract IMHO

    If Dmo doesn't sign before season starts does he still count against the roster since he's restricted?

    You have to wonder if Beverley's injury makes this decision harder for Morey. If you're going solely on talent and potential, Wiltjer has to make the squad. But if Bev is out for an extended period of time, do you give his spot to Brown or Payton instead? If it were me, I'd keep Wiltjer based on the long-term potential over the short-term need at PG, but I wouldn't be surprised if Morey went the other way.
