A friend got called in to the principal's office to get a Hispanic PSAT achievement award. They asked him if he was Hispanic, but he was Brazilian, so they took it back.

 

That sounds like the kind of thing that would only happen in the Valley, San Antonio, downtown Chicago, LA or NYC.

answer to your first question is <strike>fairly</strike> obvious. concerning the second, i was curious as to whether all bigot cards played are equal considering how often the race card is played. if so, great and happy black history month.
