Now, hopefully the Vikings win. Manning vs Favre sounds like a great match up. I'll have to kill myself if I have to hear about New Orleans and Katrina and Daddy Manning. Vomit, vomit, vomit.

Are those names at the bottom in no particular order? How close or far is Montana to the top 2 spots in your mind? I thought he was just as clutch as Elway.

It'd be more impressive if you call the Viks/Saints game correctly.

Sanchez can eat logs of hot dogs now. What a lucky ride he took this season.

I honestly think Montana was/is slightly overrated.

He was insanely clutch, no doubt. Very accurate, very cool and collected.

But he also was worthless in a game if the defense got to him early, he was very fragile and it showed toward the end of his career when he missed a lot of games.

    Thats a pretty big weakness.

Peyton and Favre are the definition of durable.

I've always said Rice made Montana and Young better than Montana and Young made Rice better. That being said, I still don't know If I can say Manning is the greatest Quarterback of all-time now. I think at the end of his career he will be, when it's all said and done. But I gotta see him accomplish it first. Too pre-mature for me.

Man I have no feel on that game whatsoever.

Both teams looked so good last week.

My gut is feeling is that the Favre magic is about to run out and the Saints offense will be too much.

what made you say that about Rice? I mean, anything specific I guess? Also, Montana performed well in KC as an old man...didn't that show his skills sans Rice?

well you have to factor that rice till had 1,000 yard seasons with the raiders without Montana and Young.

and factor Rich Gannon put up his best numbers of his career with Rice.

For me, it was Rice taking a typical 5 yard slant into a 50 yard catch and run. His yards after catch and bouncing off hits were staple Rice characteristics.

Rice put the 49ers on his back plenty of times. Made the game look so easy. I mean really, he embarrassed Deion Sanders like it was nothing. He's probably the most clutch WR to ever play the game, by a landslide. In my opinion, Jerry Rice is the only WR that has a case not just for GOAT at his position, but GOAT in the total sport of Football. Rice would turn 15-20yrd catches into 80 yd TD's. And in the SB dude put up crazy stats.

Rice was arguably the greatest football player of all time, but don't forget Montana and the 49ers won the Super Bowl in 1981, 5 years before he was drafted.

Good thing they thanked God for winning. I'm sure "God" really gives a **** about the Indianapolis Colts.

Ron White did a good job with the jets this year. Maybe he should watch more films this off season and lay off the Blue Collar Comedy Tour.

This was closer than I thought it was going to be. Sanchez is already a good QB, has a chance to be great. I don't like the Colts but have to respect their ability to handle the turnover in coaching and personnel. Tony Dungy, Marvin Harrison, Bob Sanders, those guys walk out the door and the team doesn't miss a step, impressive year by Manning and Polian.
