    Just cause it was an animal does not mean the neighbors didnt truly love it and will get over it. I have a pomapoo that I love more then anything in this world. If anything happened to him I don't know what I would do.

    At first glance, I read "pompano" instead of pomapoo. I was thinking how odd it was to get attached like that to a game fish...LOL

    One question, is the car damaged? In that case, I would think they would be liable for those damages...but I'd understand if you don't want to raise that as an issue...
