Thanks for the input brehs, and I don't like frappuccino. More of a juice (or drank) kinda guy.

My boss is very condescending and he belittles pretty much everyone under his command. He tells people that they're really under-qualified for their post and undeserving from the get go without even getting to know the people or see how they work. And I have been doing an awesome job, especially considering I'm doing 2 people's work. The thing is we are severely understaffed at my division, but that's also my boss' doing. It's very difficult for us to get our jobs done in its proper time frame because we're all doing several jobs simultaneously, some even job descs beyond their pay grade.

It's demotivating when we see other divisions quickly get their vacancies filled while our boss is sitting comfortably at his desk debating with himself whether he should advertise our vacancies. He also told me during the assessment that he wouldn't let me apply for other internal postings for at least 2 years because I'm under qualified (in my organization we don't get promoted, we have to apply for positions higher than us). He already prevented a colleague from applying for a post (in another division) in which she's highly qualified for because he wants to keep her in our division. I think that's bullshiz.

I might just suck it up for at least a year before I move out, but in the event that I do get an interview, my worry is that I wouldn't be able to explain my situation in my current organization to potential employers without sounding bitter, irrational, selfish and not a team player.

Also I just bought a badass motorbike so I can't just quit, I need to make payments.

    Thanks brehs. <3
