I'm circumcised and have had no problems but there are risks. Risks: Too much foreskin being cut off. Can cause pubic hair to grow on the shaft which can be unsightly to some. Loss of sensitivity over the Ole' Mushroom. There are some people that were circumcised as infants that are so upset by the loss of sensitivity that they'll surgically get it repaired back to looking uncircumcised. Pros: Easier to clean. Never have to worry about dick cheese.
There have also been cases where the doctor mangled the circumcision completely and destroyed the penis.
You're right, it's nothing to lose sleep over. I don't know what it's like to be circumcised...I can imagine what it's like...My opinion, it is slightly less comparable to doing it without a condom. When I was a teen I wanted to get the procedure done, however as I grew older I realized I'm not gaining anything and I could lose a lot of feeling by getting it done at this age...but an orgasm is still an orgasm.
You guys do realize that when it is done on infants the new procedure is just to put this little rubber band like deal around the area and in about 7 days the foreskin just falls off....... It is hardly barbaric at all...... How do I know? I have two boys. DD

Being uncircumcised rocks until you are 20 (imagine doing it without a condom times 10). After that, it's pretty much just extra skin. I can kinda see why he's getting it done, but I would never do that to my soldier.
More like 100 seconds if you're on top. Round two - close to ten minutes which is plenty of time for both to finish. Completely different now, but I miss those days.

It's definitely more prevalent in the US, but women from other developed countries still prefer it chopped, especially for oral purposes. Most men are uncut abroad and part of having class and sophistication is looking past petty details and basking in the bigger picture, so it's not going to cause a gag reflex or stop an inevitable situation from occurring. Some of the kinky women prefer the "give" factor of the foreskin, but I was the first uncut for a few of these girls and they said they preferred it. I don't know about the situation in developing countries - the aesthetic value of a penis is the least of your worries.
