It must suck to be a Rockets player right now. Fans don't support you, and management wants to trade you. I'm sure at least 2 players will find out they've been traded through Clutchfans.
I assume what thetatomatis was talking about - people on the Lakers ESPN forum saying Lowry/Scola traded for Gasol citing 'shatterthebackgoard'. Hardly anything credible.
I think it was clear what I said. "I dont believe it" and "someone" is pretty clear enough in disbelief for most users to view my comment and say it must not be a big deal if I dont believe the source myself. Just a passing comment.
Ok, fine. We believe you. Settle down. Still doesn't mean anything is for sure until Lowry gets out of the hospital. Just see if anything comes out in the next 24 hours.
Thats probably where he heard it from. They have been talking about that one for a while and still do.
It's so clear that Clutch has to ask you what you meant by "someone on ESPN" right? If I said "someone on the Rockets said Lowry was traded, but I don't believe it", would you interpret that as "someone on the Rockets fan board said Lowry was trade"? Just for future reference because ESPN is a pretty big news source... Back on topic.
I need no advice but it was nice of you to offer. I can put two and two together much easier than most apparently.
Any word from Gasol about this? I thought he's stated before that he has no interest in coming to Houston? We're going to be worse off with him on the team because we'll probably be trading one of our offensive scorers.
Ric Bucher of ESPN stated that "Gasol is starting to warm up to Houston." Now thats speculation, but common sense struck and him and his agent most likely figured out that Houston is much better than more than half of NBA destinations. When he said he didnt want to leave the Lakers it was more about well... not wanting to leave LA... not Houston... do you blame him?
