    Adrian Griffin Returning To Bulls
    16th July, 2006 - 9:06 pm
Dallas Morning News - Adrian Griffin has agreed to a three-year contract with the Chicago Bulls , his agent said Sunday. Griffin played in Chicago in the 2005/06 season before re-joining the Mavericks, where he previously played from 2001-03.

He picked up the player option in his contract so he'll be a free agent after next year.

He doesn't score much, so when he gets attempts, he usually makes them.

Griffin's a 10th man. Decent defense, but he's aging rapidly and never could score to begin with.

Posey's not close to the player he was with the Nuggets or even with us. He got really out of shape while palling around with Bonzi on the Griz and hasn't been quite the same since. He's decent as a borderline starter, but he really fell off.

Adrian Griffin is to swingmen, what Oliver Miller was to centers.

I think they signed Buckner, so pretty much same as last year with Stack comin off the bench.

Man Chicago is getting better and better. I guess than adrian griffin thought that the chicago bulls have a higher chance of winning it all than the mavs. The bulls have so much debth in their bench. They are like the detroit pistons 2 yrs ago cept with a better bench. No Superstars in the team, but very good players at all positions. They don't have much of a weakness any more. They have a great coach in Scott skyles.

I was able to watch plenty of Mavs games last year. I was surprised we didn't give him a shot to play again. He was in Houston when Dallas called him up. The guy can still play. He is exactly the type of player we need. A huge upgrade over Bowen. He may be shorter, but he has the same role. He gets the loose balls and the crucial rebounds and has the ability to pick up a couple of steals a game. But he can also shoot. But with out new additions I don't think we really needed him.
