Sorry for the double post.... Freedom of expression does not mean that one is free from freedom of stupidity. One is lauded for one and hated for the other.

The fact that Holocaust denial is a crime in Germany says to me that expression isn't as free as in the US.

wow this is just wow i am having a hard time wrapping my head around this. imagine all the prejudice and hatred this poor boy is going to experience (his siblings maybe not as much since more kids know about hitler than himmler and the aryan nation) if anything he is going to be living in an environment where everyone will discriminate against him and in turn may turn out to be a lost cause. definitely will have massive therapy bills when older even if he goes and changes his name legally when he can. i know it infringes on freedom of speech but there should be a clause in there that the government can step in when everyone and their mother knows you are being a total dumbass and in this case a douche. poor kids
This is an infringement on rights and could never be real, but what if in order for folks to have children to begin with, they had to undergo the same kind of scrutiny that people who wish to adopt children would have to undergo.
Even more horrible, just imagine all of the prejudice and hatred this poor boy will be taught by his parents. If anything he will discriminate and hate everyone. Doomed.
