Barry, Deke, and White have all done exactly what they are needed for to this point - spot minutes and sitting the bench as walking, talking insurance policies. One constant thing people miss is that you don't play 12 people. Lots of fans will complain about their dreams of whomever isn't playing stepping in after a loss or during a streak of bad play and magically solving the team's woes. Either the purpose that the front office had in mind with their signings is revealed as the season progresses, or their failures with signings are shown to ownership. Does anyone think that the purposes of each signing aren't all laid out in heavy detail before a contract is signed? The GM is then held accountable if deemed appropriate. Given Morey's track record thus far, it would appear that they're fulfilling their duty. There's no waste involved.
