He tries to do too much? Isn't that what he's suppose to do? give it everything he can no way was that series his faulght , the guy guarded dirk avg 28 pts, 6 ast 7rb Tied with yao 2 stl and a 1bpg like I said they just had a better teamhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PaYTyqWtFw8
No HBall, there is a point where you go from helping to hurting the team when you try to do too much. That is a quality control issue that Tmac has never been able to grasp. He has or rather HAD amazing talent, but he is missing that something that elevates the play of others..... Something that tells him when to do something himself and when to set up others.... Jordan had it, Hakeem had it.......Tracy does not... DD
All I see is bickering every day when I visit these forums, I wish to just get it over with! We should have a " We Want Tracy " chant like we did for Francis and maybe they will get the picture and oh yeah the Rockets will lose big tonight....just don't see us winning tonight or 2morrow
So why does he avg 6 apg? isn't that setting up others? that's more than what some pg's in the leaugue avg
6 is actually not that great if you consider the amount of time he has the ball in his hands. And that is the problem with the assists argument, people look at just that number and not that while he is out there trying to do it all, others are standing around for fear of getting in the way of Tmac and his one on five drives. It is bad basketball.... Tracy has or had enough talent to do some damage that way, but not enough brains to understand why that is a losers mentality. The bickering will end, when Tracy is traded. The we want Tracy chant would be drowned out by the boos of the Rocket fans...... DD
its funny to me how people are pointing out that Tmac tried to do too much in the Dallas and Utah Series, but at that point of time were 100% on board with the way tmac went about playing. We also have to consider that JVG wanted the ball in Tmacs hand. Not a single other person knew how to create a short for themselves. We also have to consider that everyone else on the teams was absolutely choking. Do you not remember the horrible shooting percentages from every other player on the team?
please man. how many wide open 3 pointers did tmac create for luther, wesley, sura, jackson, etc. only to be bricked.
DD I am shocked and surprised!! I remember Tracy as possibly being the best true playmaker on the team. He showed that he was a great passer and the only one who can truly make Yao Ming better. Even so his play in the past has been on the selfish side. When he comes back he will have to adapt to be a team player. I refuse to folllow the offical line put out by Adelman and his cohorts. I want Tracy to have a chance to prove that he can fit into our team again. Y
Not that great, he's arguably the best playmaker in the league from the wing position outside of lebron, obviously DD your just hating on him because you dislike him as a person, not because he's such a horrible basket player that you make him out to be.
@DaDakota....you got to be kidding me. You cannot compare that series against the Mavs and when Akeem was in his prime. Akeem had many weapons ie: Horry, Maxwell, K.Smith, Sam Cassell, Otis Thorpe, Clyde Drexler and others and I cannot think of anybody other than Tracy or Yao in that Mavs series who I would have complete confidence in to shoot the ball. So that comparison was completely insane. So Tracy doing too much was because there wasnt any other weapons for that team. Most of you guys just talk on here and just sound stupid with your points. Maybe yall have a personal thing against T-Mac cause he didnt sign your kid basketball. All in all this year rockets team needs Tracy McGrady and if Morey or Adelman doesn't think so they are living in denial. No big time free agent is gonna want to play here if they see them do T-Mac like this. Bosh is not coming. He is from Dallas....enuff said on that one. Wade is not coming also. I saw somebody post one time that he wants to play with a big man. Yao hasn't played a full season yet so him coming hear is stupid on his part. So can you guys stop talking about T-Mac when he said on numerous occasions that he wants to play but Adelman and Morey doesn't think he is ready. F*** the T-Mac haters....you all know you was at the press conference like the other 19,999 ppl in Houston after the trade happen. Get off is tip and go masterbate to some internet p*rn you f***in bloggers who never made your High School basketball team but have the nerve to hate on someboy else. You can Delete me if you want but you guys are stupid!!!!!

Please stop making points if you don't know what you talking about
DD still will come up with some crazy excuse that will lead to it still being T-mac's fault even though he was surrounded by garbage instead of just admitting he's wrong for for being a t-mac hater.
