Rockets organization is just actin like some lil stubborn b****es. Play the ****in guy he said he's been ready for a long time now an only he can tell how he feels. Mayeb he's not lookin like the old mac in practice or sumthin but he would need GAMEtime to get his game back anyway.

Do you know how tickets get sold? I don't think so. It's fans who buy tickets to see the player they like. Everyone has their own taste, you don't have the right to tell someone who they should love. And I don't have the right either. :)

nah that's just tracy mcgrady. he uses clutchfans as a means of communicating with the fans now, instead of yahoo or ESPN.

tmac is actually smart this time so he uses different monikers

Yeah, because getting into game shape and getting back your timing is impossible to do in practises and 5 on 5 games at the gym.
Your right, lets just let him slowly gain his form back while the team plays worse as a consequence.

He's had plenty of time already. He says he's ready then he's ready. Put him in an let him prove it. This team is a .500 or slightly better team. No reason to let all these games go by without him in em givin u a better chance to get more w's. No team is BETTER without mcgrady. Idc wut anybody says. If u think that ur just a long time tmac hater or sumthin. This site is full of em

Maxwell already won a championship and has left the Rockets. He has moved onto bigger things in life...like jail time.

Unfortunately this is a Houston Rockets fanboard. :(

...where team comes before a single player.

Dang that sucks for a guy trying to get a contract, huh?

I mean trying to get back in game shape, in games?

So sorry, the organization has no time for that, but if he works hard in practice and plays hard he will get his chance.

Maybe if he would have treated the organization with respect and been a good teamate they would be more inclined to help....

    Dang.....

    Adelman hasn't won a ring for a reason. He doesn't have a champion's heart.

It seems he is very satisfied with the rockets' current recording. He is afaird of Tmac coming back because it might destroy the chemistry. But It might go another way, Tmac could make the team better. Adelman isn't willing to take that risk. Can you imagine that Phil Jackson wouldn't play a star player because the team was just above .500 without that player?!

This seaon, the west conference has 3 top teams: lakers, nuggets, & mavs. The rockets have a chance to compete for the no.4 spot to get homecourt advantage if Tmac can help the team. The rockets should take the risk.

    say wut?

So Adelman should play a guy who has a history of quitting on his team, pouting, changing his mind night to night, and generally putting his own self interest before the team? On top of that, the guy still needs prove he's healthy enough th play so the drama that happened last year won't happen again.

What's that got to do with the so called reason on why Adelman hasn't won any rings? Did Drexler quit on him or any of the Blazers quit on him? How about CWebb or the rest of the Adelman Kings? Did Adelman refuse to play any of them?

I don't get your line of thinking.

The guy also lead the team to 22 winning streak, and played 48 minutes when it needed. Why do you only see the nagative side of a person? If you don't take a risk, you never can get a big success.

The team is made up of single players. A 'whole' comprises of parts. If you say that most Rockets fans are 'fans' because they live in Houston, then you're wrong. How does Kobe have an international following? How does Lebron attract fans from all over the states? You worry so much about the team, when the team is made up of parts. If one part falls out, it changes the structure of the team.

What's the reason T-Mac hasn't gotten out the first round? Does he have a "champion's heart"?

Coach Adelman puts up W's over the long run no matter who's playing. If he doesn't want T-Mac to play then there's no way I would question him, championship ring or not. Stockton/Barkley have no rings so do they not have champion hearts? Give me a break. They are all competitive.

You say T-Mac could make the team better - I say he could make the team worse.

Hopefully someone will think T-Mac is still good and offer more than an Eddy Curry & co.

Yes, Tmac hasn't show it. But, he still could be useful to this team, just like that Adelman is still the head coach of this team.

Yes, Tmac could make the team worse, but he also could make the team better. It's a risk. The rockets should take it.

before taking that risk, IMO 2 issues must be met to Morey and Adelman's satisfaction: good health and accountability

If Tmac can't meet those expectations, then it's elementary that he sits. Why play a player that isn't ready yet?
