Adelmans upset at T-mac because he called him out in the playoffs for playing landry at center, when deke should have been in the game for the rebound off of d.will missed freethrow in crunchtime which pretty much cost us a game

 

He was joking, he is just tired of all the questions about Tmac, but still not all that classy a joke to make....

You might be right. But, I really don't think Adelman gave a clear definition. And, that's the problem. I remember the 76ers' announcers asked a similar question when the rockets played there.

 

Lmao.. Everyone was like "What?! A trade is possible?" They all almost bolted for the door to get the first breaking news article.

 

HAHA the interview got pretty awkward after he mentioned that. It's kind of like the elephant in the room.

 

Adelman's joke is outclassed by JVG but he's a better coach for this team.

 

I think that like someone said before wasn't supposed to say that t-mac will be traded and covered it up.......i think tracy might be back around january (late january) or early february

He is a great coach, but it doesn't mean he has a right to ignore a star player. More importantly, it doesn't mean he has a right to ignore fans' desire. About 75% of fans want to see Tmac play.

 

any chance for coach and T-mac on a same page?I do believe T-mac is fooled by the manager of this team.he will never get any chance to play on the court until late this season.


T-MAC's stupid public speech have hurt the whole team including boss,manager , coach even many teammates.So everyone wannna him to be dumped instead of still being the franchised player.


even trevor is suspended by the league,there is no chance for T-mac' s play.what left is still practice time.

 

mcgrady has kept away from the spotlight and we still get this. It just goes to show that the media will follow him whether he opens his mouth or not. I wish Adelman would have been more serious about the question. I wish he could just tell us what t-mac needs to work on, instead of making us guess. yea okay he may not be ready but is his knee still bothering him?, has he gained his explosivness back?, or does he need to get into game shape. That was awesome although I do think he really meant the joke to be a one day trade just to get a live body in for Trevor and not trading Tracy before the game.

 

Adelman was implying in regard to filling in Ariza's spot, if some team would be nice enough to trade their wing to the Rockets for just one game... the way he mentioned the "trade possibility" immediately after the subject of T-Mac being brought up was just slick. Maybe Adelmen went to law school?

Kinda like this:
Reporter: "So what about Tracy?"
Coach: "A trade is possible..."
Reporter: "What? You mean trade T-Mac?"
Coach: "Whoa whoa, I said a trade is possible, I didn't mention specifically who might be traded...you're the one that brought up Tracy, not me."

You see what he did there...?
