Understand that RA try to have some practice for Yao and teammates to solve fronting issue. That is fine. But given he has not solved this problem too long, I double RA is good enough to be a Champion coach. Or he need a big stepping up on how to resolve these problems instead of keep routine rotation or sth.
I don't understand what the big deal is when all Adelman is doing is punishing Yao for being chinese, which is reasonably justified. Why are yall getting so upset about this?
Finally someone is honest. Name me one NBA Championship team in the past where the leading scorer was Chinese? Rick knows what we know. We need to punish Yao... it's all in the plan. THE PLAAAAN.

Awwwwww boo hoo...my yao ming had to play some basketball and run....how can i ever live with myself knowing that my man love had to play a few extra minutes and run up and down the court when he was tired. LOL I swear sometimes I think these fans would shove their heads up Yao's ass if they got the chance.
Yao needs to be sitting out when we have such a big lead. The guy needs to rest and we can not afford for him to get injured with such a bug lead.
If you watched the game, he was resting on defense the entire 4th quarter, and then working on offense and the fronting issue. I doubt he had any complaints as it is good for the team for them to figure it out together. Great coaching job by Adelman. DD
It is firstly a team thing. Sure team issue need everyone involved, especially Yao. And I said it was good for Yao to practise.
how does Adleman not have confidence in his team? He developed players like brooks, landry, and wafer all young players....if this was JVG, who would even know Landry or wafer?....and then would u rather have yao practice the fronting against the minnesota timberwolves when they're leading by 14 or so.....or would u rather have him being fronted by Gasol or Bynum when they're losing by 1pt?..

Actually, Rick is a good guy, he was just trying to help Yao. Don't you see that Yao only had SEVEN shots, freaking 7 shots! The entire team conspired to ISO Yao, so they can get their own shots. Artest is a bad guy since he took most shots, which should belong to Yao; Brooks is no good either since he either shot himself, or just looked away from Yao and passed the ball to someone else. Rick decided that enough is enough, I'll leave Yao there, so he can have time to get the number of shots an all-star deserves. Long live Adlelman!
You do understand that the NBA is bigger than Yao Ming? It will still be here long after Yao retires. Kirk Snyder, Mike Harris and Bonzi Wells? You just listed 3 guys who couldn't latch onto an NBA team and went to play ball in China to avoid the embarassment of playing in the D-league. American basketball is far more interesting for Americans to watch than Chinese basketball. Those 3 guys aren't even missed around here. Chinese fans will continue to follow the NBA to watch player like Kobe Bryant or Dwayne Wade. Americans won't be turning into any Chinese basketball to watch Kirk Snyder.
