woah...sean jones has an interesting post nfl career.

Earl would just be too hard to pass and it would be too much fun to see him run over people (which he would have to do since there would be no holes)

CHildress in the middle and lamar lathon on the other end is tempting.

Marcus Robertson at FS would also be pretty nice too

    My favorite thread here:

I would go with my all-time favorite NFL player: Lamar Lathon.

Of course, Earl would be a great (and likely best-est) choice. I am much too biased toward #57, to choose anyone else though.

Buddy Ryan would probably have the most impact.

I was more surprised by the loss to the Chiefs than I was the Buffalo game.

Especially if you could get him to take a swing at Kubiak.
I remember us being in good shape in that game before Mike Munchak's injury. After that our O-line couldn't block for Moon and the defense wore out at the end.

wiki is your friend. he was arrest on mortgage fraud but charges were dropped. the fraud was alleged by a few houston banks. in 01 I believe sean jones tried to get a loan for a current player at a bank i was working at, we didn't approve it.

he also got in some trouble with the nfl and they didn't let him be an agent for a while

Give me Ray Childress and I think we are a playoff team. People are saying Earl Campbell, but I think we should focus our biggest weaknesses.

Yea exactly, he was going on all the sports talk shows for a while promoting his company then got cut off when all this mess started.

Sean Jones on the other side of Mario would be devastating!

I thought there'd be a leading choice coming to mind. But I'm still scratching my head since the Texans still have needs spread over many positions. They have 1 pretty good player at each position, then the position depth drops off... so its like what unit needs the 2nd guy?

The Texans biggest problem now is stopping the run, especially the big plays. And they've had the most trouble getting a quality defensive tackle. So a good disciplined tackle/DE like Ray Childress makes the most sense.

    Ian Howfield?

Seriously, how about William Fuller or Gregg Bingham?

We need a second corner so I'm going with Chris Dishman.

I mean seriously, there is no need to talk further....Earl....would change this team in a heartbeat.

    But without Earl....I would add

Bruce Mathews.....this team needs good lineman...and he was the best.

Mike Munchak would not be bad either.
