Well, that would be interesting if they make that a No Call, for sure. But sounds like they are describing something other than the Durant Swing Thru. That has a name and rule for it, and was recently expanded o address hooking arms on a jumper. I would expect Woj to actually say it by name, if thats what part of the crackdown is about.

As an examle, Luke’s methodical dribbling in the lane often gets defenders on his back, then he jumps back into them.

Honestly, I think they need soften the hand check rule. and be more strict on defensive 3 seconds. Essentially they have to encourage passing more.
