    Look at Elizabeth Shue and all the love she's getting in this thread. She's still beautiful and it doesn't look like she's had any work done at all. Moral of the story for Hollywood is (or should be)that there's nothing wrong with aging gracefully. Don't try to hold it back by getting subpar plastic surgery.

    For me, it's not about looking young, it's about knowing how to work with what nature (and/or a good plastic surgeon) gave you. The problem isn't that these women look 40, 50, etc. It's that they're 40, 50, etc. trying to look 20. Mirren and Shue both got it right: age, but do so with grace.

    Any woman considering facial plastic surgery should be forced to look at the results achieved by too many super rich, super vain, super high profile celebrities. Ugh!
