I liked it better before.

 

I see why people leave Hollywood or the show business. You can't even age in peace without snide remarks.

 

All of the women above just got old. What did you expect?

Here's an example of some non age-related nastyness:

I think this is more surgical than aging though. Either way it's still bad.

Shue was good looking well into her early 40s. It has been recent as she has approached 50 that she has started aging.

 

Sigh, I used to have the biggest crush on Charlie (Kelly's character on Top Gun). Guess I still do, but it's a shame how she's aged.

I don't have a problem with anyone aging naturally. That Elizabeth Shue pic is awesome. She still looks damn good to me.

It's the ones who do all the horrible plastic surgery that deserve our ridicule. That Meg Ryan pic looks like the Joker.

 

yeah, a lot of people in this thread have actually aged quite gracefully. it's apparent that guys are REALLY turned off by short haircuts - somehow it gives the effect of looking much older?

i dunno, most of these ladies still look great to me.

 

Elisabeth Shue looked great when she guest starred in Curb Your Enthusiasm a few years ago.

 

Talk about unrealistic expectations, these aging women are in their late 40's and 50's. You can't look like a model forever.

It's not like they are grotesque, just old. If my wife looked like that in her 50's i'd be happy with it.

kelly mcgillis is still a handsome woman, but she does look older than 55.
one of my neighbors was engaged to her many moons ago, and believe me, he looks considerably worse.
