    Forgivable now that he's an actor? He was in such great films like Boogie Nights, The Departed to name a few. Me personally, nope but what do you guys think?




    Actor Mark Wahlberg is seeking a pardon for violent crime he committed aged 16
    He was teenager in Boston when he punched Johnny Trinh in the eye and beat another Vietnamese man around the head
    Wahlberg knocked Johnny Trinh to the ground as he fled other attack and then shouted racial abuse about 'g***s'
    At time Trinh was said to have been blinded in one eye and Wahlberg was charged with attempted murder
    He served 45 days and when in custody began to turn his life around
    MailOnline has found Trinh - and victim says he had no idea who attacked him, forgives the star and wants to meet him face to face
    Trinh, now a married father reveals he actually lost eye before attack when he served alongside US forces fighting Communists in South Vietnam

    No. He's a legit violent racist. That assault is only one of several thug incidents.

    Plus he cant act.

    The victim wasn't black and The Departed is terrible compared to the original it's based on.

    Everyone bullies asians it seems. I bullied one when I was in the 2nd grade for no reason. He was just calling to be bullied. I did feel bad soon and I do remember it till this day. Nothing intense, just a couple of taunt slaps. He did warned me about the liquid metal I was playing with, it was going to kill me. It was ****ing mercury. Soon after my forearms were painfully excreting that metal. Got a butcher knife and started scraping my forearms with it. That's how I became the wolverine.

    Sorry, based on the cast alone it's one of the better movies of the last decade and completely earned its best picture Oscar.

    It's an interesting story because the victim did not know what became of Walberg. I don't think he should get a pardon because nobody else gets a pardon in this situation, and current politicians were not there to understand the event, but I also do not think after 20 years he should be denied a food license because of a crime committed as a yute.
