2% of MLM'ers make back their investment. Not sure what the % is of people that can make a livable income much less live extravagantly but it's definitely possible. If an MLM does 15 million in revenue a year you probably have about 5-10 reps making close to 3 figures or more.

It's absolutely possible to succeed in it but the numbers will show you that you're just as likely to earn money doing something else.

A little education for those of MLM and Ponzi Schemes

A MLM company (alson known as direct sales and network marketing) is different than a Ponzi/Pyramid Scheme.

A Ponzi/Pyramid Scheme is when a company uses a MLM concept but offers no products or services. The intial money used to join is then distributed to everyone in his "upline". This IS illegal and puts a very bad image on true MLM/direct sales companies.

The first myth I am going to bust is the no one makes money on the $499 with ACN. That goes directly to the company to pay the franchise fee and get your online store and this also goes to all the other support you get. Ask anyone that owns there own business how much time and headache is in customer support and payroll. This is done by the company for you.

I myself was a huge skeptic of MLM Companies. There are many of them out there such as ACN, Mary Kay, Avon, Amyway, among many many other. I am now in ACN and it has chagned my life. A few years ago I was told I should read a couple books one called "Rich Dad Poor Dad" by Robert Kiyosaki and another one called "See you at the Top" by Zig Ziglar. Both of these books talk highly of MLM companies. This is when I learned what is wrong with 95% of America. Have you ever wondered why only 5% of Americans are milionaires? A huge majority of those people gained their success from a MLM company. Its simple in life you are either being leveraged (someone is using you to make money) or you are doing the leveraging (using other people to make money).

I read a post talking about how everything is the pyramid scheme even your traditional jobs. This is true....Think about who makes the most in your company the CEO then the VPS then the managers and then the employee (You). In this kind of traditional business the CEO can care less how much money everyone below them make and the same with the VPS and managers. In ACN the your "upline" cares because if you aren't making money neither are they. Every American works hard year after year and either get no raise at all or a very small raise (that doesn't do anything because the inflation of the dollar). I have read over 50 Success books in the last two years and they have taught me so much. First I want to say there is a problem with the education system in American. we are all taught to go to school, get good grades, and get a good job work until 60 and then you get to live off a retirement that does pay much. We are taught how to be poor employees. People think education ends after school but what they dont realize is education is a life long process. You need to continue to grow your mind the rest of your life.

If you are thinking about a MLM company the advice I will give you is to do your research. Here is the research I found on ACN before I started.

ACN has been in business for almost 20 years. They are partnered with all the top providers that everyones uses daily... companies like verizon, sprint, Tmobile, Direct Tv, Dish Network, ADT Security, Century Link, Comcast and many more. Being part of ACN I am able to do business in 23 different countries. Now ask your self how much work and legal process do you think the company has gone through to be in all those countries? All of these companies and Countries have done there research on our company and approve it. Do you think Verizon or these other top providers would partner up with a company that is a scam? The reason why these companies love ACN is because they dont have to spend millions and millions of dollars on advertising and junk mailing. Lets not forget to mention that Donald Trump endorses the company. Love him or hate him this man is highly educated business man. He would not put his stamp of approval on a company.

I will tell you what my mentor told me. "You have been working for the last 15 years and where has it gotten you?" I dont know about where you are in life but I was living pay check to pay check trying to pay of my car, house and my student loans. He told me the definition of INSANITY was doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. I will tell you if your happy with your job and living pay check to pay check always trying to get out of debt great. If not MLM is a good way to go but it is not easy it will take time and commitment. I have wanted to quit many of times but am very glad I never did.

The reason why the TOP people are the only ones that make tons of money is because they have stayed with the busines for 5-10 years and treated it like a traditional business. So if you put in 5 years of work CONTINOUS HARD WORK and dont give up you will make good money. I was told I need to find someone that has the lifestyle I want and copy what they do. If you continue to listen to broke people you wil be broke because they will destroy your dreams.

Lastly I wan to leave you with the reason I love ACN. ACN offers services that everyone uses and they will continue to use and never will be able to pay them off. You do not have to sell products every month. You sign people up with there service and they are going to pay them month after month whether I tell them to or not. It is a unconscious buying habbit. So why not make money on your phone bills, tv bills and internet bills and sign up your family and friends. With the recent Energy deregulation it makes this company even more desirable.

If you have questions or want more info or are looking for a mentor I would be more than happy to to provide the truth feel free email me at chris.howard713@gmail.com.

Don't know. But I'm guessing the guy who is really behind that email address might be. I'd be willing to bet its the same schmuck that posted a few pages back.

Man, how sad is it that these people are searching the web looking for people bad mouthing their beloved pyramid scam?

    ha!

This guy joins the board, posts one time in this thread, and is using it to get more suckers to sign up under him.

I bet he doesn't even have the good sense to feel ashamed of himself.

Really good point. It's very hard to find bad reviews because they go and edit them. I was under the impression they were called 5linx.

Haha, one guy bumps a thread that you basically only know about if you search for it specifically (no longer on the front page) and writes an entire novel defending ACN, gee, wonder if he has ulterior motives

Beautiful! He's exposing his own lack of brain, almost as much as when he saw a craigslist ad saying "no experience necessary! make 200k/yr!"

Just use his email address for public comments on pirate software sites. It'll get spammed soon enough.
