Careful, you're edging into human nature now, and a lot of people don't like acknowledging that.

I think that white people should be concerned about their profiling in heinous crimes.

    Liquor store robbery- black guy

Seven people dead, found in house, with their bodies partially eaten - white guy

My point is, I am a law abiding citizen and despite what some other black person has done, respect me individually.

The other side of that is, if someone came up missing and eaten in my neighborhood, my preliminary exclusion as a suspect would be welcome.

    Another Brother --

What would be the race of the suspect in the case of a traffic accident with a Honda? Proceed. Good.

The most important thing Achebe is that you got involved and strived to make a difference....This is what we are suppose to do...Everyone says the police has so much to do, but it is their job to investigate suspicious activity......

    You did the right thing!

I think its profiling. I think of this because being a black man with nice things , i get profiled so much it crazy. My college girlfriend was Indian, born in Kuwait but has been in the states since 1980. They first lived in or by 3rd ward before moving to dallas and attending Dallas skyline. At first look, she appeared to be african american because she was christian and not muslim in her values. Many people used to ask her about not eatin pork or stuff like that. She never got offended but it was just the thought of people labeling another group of people because they don't know.

Innocently , you didn't know, but if you have it done to you hundreds of times you would understand what i'm talking about. Its innocent , but at the same time its kinda of sad considering all the arab americans who pay their taxes in this country and attribute to the american society. Through knowledge and not the overblowing media and hollywood portrail will we learn that not all or most arab descent people are no terrorist, just the few that make the lump seem so bad. Just my 2 cents.
