The cap rules is not that complicated. You have fans here that have a general knowledge of it and love to flaunt it on those that don't know. That's an elitist, liberal mindset. I love clowning fools like that.

I'm laughing how serious these cats are. They better not ever let me catch them slipping either. I will be unforgiven, the same as they shown me and they know who they are. Lol.

As to not signing Ellis, good, he's a garbage volume shooter. As to not signing Jack, we have a backup PG already, or are you not satisfied with Beverley?

Thanks. Is this environment always this hostile? Not that I'm complaining, just want to know how far I can go verbal-abusing them when the time comes??

Beverly is good. I like Beverly but someone like J.Jack is a good talent to have. I see him in a role as he was with the Warriors, coming off the bench, instant offense. I rather give more minutes to a guy like that then juggling minutes between 3 lesser talents like Casspi, Willaims and Brooks.

I just don't think the addition of Jack really helps the Rockets all that much, he's getting up there in age doesn't play any defense, and is a backup at best. I'm not high on the Brooks signing because it's essentially pointless, but Casspi and Williams could easily be decent pieces for the Rockets this year and I think they help more than Jack would.

    "getting up there in age"???

That's what we want: veteran pieces. And I'd want him to come off the bench. His defense can't be any worst than Casspi, Willaims and Brooks.

    Wrong again Jah,

Your over the cap at 58.679 million.

Your cross the luxury tax threshold 71,748 million

Seriously, you need to learn a little about the salary cap before you start blasting the teams front office or other posters here that clearly know a lot more than you.

His defense is worse than Beverley's and Beverley is the guy coming off the bench, so playing Jack over him makes the defense worse.

You're not "over" the cap at 58.679 millions. You're "at" the cap. You need stop crowd-boosting other people' idiotic posts, shut your mouth and sit down.

It's not that hard to do.

Yeah......good point. I wasn't expecting him to sub Lin. Sub Harden. Small ball with Beverly at the point.

Leave the salary cap stuff to Bima and people who actually know what they are talking about.

This thread should have ended after 4 posts:

    1. OP
    2. A post for comedic relief.
    3. A post correcting him.

    Repeat after me:

"Over the cap" and "at the cap" is two different things.

    Say it!
