Some people will never gain weight just like some people will never lose weight. I think GNC has a product called weight gainer.
Correct. But when you are trying to do certain things, it takes more than making it that simple. If you want to lose weight for instance, just saying well eat less and burn more calories isnt going to work. It's like telling someone to just exercise more and starve yourself at the same time. Same with gaining weight, you cant be like, just stuff yourself with more food and exercise less. Not only is it unhealthy in regards to both, but its also almost impossible to do so. If you regularly eat like 2-3 meals a day, and then tell someone well start eating 6 meals a day, its not going to happen the very day they decide to do it.
Eating artificial and fatty foods will reduce your gains. Transfats can stay for a year in your body so be aware of what you put in if you decide to cheat a day or two. This includes fried foods that claim 0 transfats. Frying vegetable, corn, or soybean oil converts them into partially hydrogenated fats in the process. Fried peanut oil, coconut oil, or olive oil is alright. Avoid not only sugar drinks, but anything with high fructose corn syrup in it. There are some preliminary studies that indicate it prevents your thyroid gland from functioning correctly. Mess it up enough and your weight problems could be glandular. This might sound like weight loss advice, but knowing what affects your metabolic system is vital for any diet.
