    I believe Lucas was player developing coach under MDA. He worked with KPJ and JG past 2 years.

    We need to bring a HOF player who has never been an assistant before to conduct our practices. Someone with a fresh view on things. I'm recommending Allen Iverson.

    Lucas was here before Silas, and his league connections are probably valuable for free agents and player relationships. I think coddling KPJ was either a Silas or more likely Stone mandate. We shall see how Ime adjusts that.
