Well duke, on my computer it said 7:37 :)

Secondly, you and I both know how the pollsters work, you will end up behind us, fair or not.

Third, nate is maybe an average qb, the reason he never hindered you before was Stoops, the man is a great gameplanner. Plus the talent around him. He did the same thing with Heupel except Heupel was a bit better. And you should be worried, Bobby didn't recruit a star qb for the future.

As for Chris Simms except for CU and the two OU losses, both very hard fought, good games, which ones would you like to pin on him.

Oregon, our vaunted wr's dropped 3 straight TD passes that would've won the game.

My point is after this year, with our wins at KSU/NU, home vs ISU etc, Simms has proven himself to every doubter.

Hybl is a decent college qb this year, I'll admit, but he was obviously OU's biggest weakness, and I still stand by my feeling your coaching staff and great offensive skill weapons made him look better than he really is, but that's me.

I'm not saying this specifically to you, duke, but...

Does anyone else find it ironic that the same OU fans who single-handedly put the UT losses on Simms are sitting here making excuses for Hybl when he loses?

So a top QB in his class, Tommy Grady doesn't count:confused: Or maybe the guy that Mack Brown thinks can't throw a lick?

Find where I said that, thank you. And even if I did...throwing 3, 4 INTs and having a bad to average day is worse than 20-34, 200+ yards(forgot the #, don't feel like looking it up again), 2 TDs, and by your TD-INT method, 0 INTs........

You didn't directly say it, but calling the guy Chrissy is somewhat indicative of it. Also, not seeing the free safety is still an earned interception. Like I said, if you want to fault Simms for his receiver quitting on a route and for a ball bouncing right off of BJ Johnson's hands, go right ahead.

Oh, and throwing for 250 against an A&M defense that has been lit up all season isn't all that impressive. Did Hybl play fine? Yup... he didn't lose this game. But neither did Simms against OU, and that's what a lot of fans try to imply.

So that single-handedly puts the UT losses on him:confused:

He wouldn't have been in the situation to have to throw a hail mary if the D would actually tackle someone. So according to your theory, that's really 3 TDs and 0 INTs, right?;)

Haha... no, my theory isn't that complex. :) Hybl should not have thrown that ball... even though some other circumstances put him in that position, he still had control of the situation. It's hard to say the quarterback had "control" of an interception when the pass hits a receiver in the hands and bounces off.

Also, perhaps single-handedly was an overstatement... let me revise that to large part.
