a few things i want to make clear.

#1, i am not, nor are we supposed to be, comparing ab and lowry in terms of who is a better player in this thread.

#2, it was a tight and somewhat lousy game in utah until the 4th when budinger exploded and we rained them 3's and then some. battier's d on deron was excellent as well. to say that we had the control of the game prior to that point was just not true. that's how we blew the game open, and that's when lowry was running the point. just a fact. i didn't think and say lowry was the reason we won the game, did i? and i pointed out the fact for it had some context if you come here on a daily basis.

#3, i say it again. ab is a darn good player and i actually like him. he's just overrated by many fans on this board (and that's fine, a lot of fans of all sorts of sports teams do that). i've watched rose play for about 10 regular season games last season, all of last season's playoff games, and 2 games already this year. he and ab are not in the same class. even right now, he's clearly better than ab imo.

#4, a minor point - i've never been a rafer "nut hugger". if you have the time and interest to dig out my past posts, you'd know, too. rafer is an average pg in the league. but i've seen quite some times ppls underrate him here, especially when he had a bad shooting night. that's all.

So calling brooks gorrila( highly sensitive issue for african/americans) is not racist. infact some called him racist for not passing the ball to yao.

A while back bob sura was called racist for not passing the ball enough to yao.

Lost in translation thats how I call it.
In fact some people on Hoopchina have been asking why it was taken so seriously. For example, P.Ewing was well-known by his fans in China as "大猩猩“(King Kong). Racism? Hell no. As most chinese really have no sense of racial discrimination towards any other races. We just dont know what that is.

Just to answer your question, let me put it this way. SOME posters came here to express their feelings in BROKEN ENGLISH, no one, I mean no one should really take them and what they said seriously.

Oh, I don't know. Being a Chinese American, I can tell you my parents are pretty racists. They won't show it in public, but oh is there. Same with most of my relatives who aren't born in America, sometimes is infuriating listening to them talking about African American.
