    Um, what?

Brooks is always aggressive. Almost to the detriment of the team. Brooks as a starter is shooting 40.5% which is an improvement over Rafer but not anything great. If anything Brooks should be shooting less, Artest should be shooting less, Scola and Yao should be shooting a lot more. This whole theory about the paint opening up because the defense will be forced to contain Brooks just doesn't hold water, especially with a beast like Yao and a crafty Scola at his side. I don't care how you close the paint on those two, good things will happen over the long run if you just give them the damn ball.

there's no need for us to encourage aaron to shoot the ball, he has already got more than enough courage to shoot the ball himself.

our other players need to make more of his passes assists, instead of passing the ball back to him and force him to make a bs shot with 2-3 seconds on the board.

Yes, look at Wafer, what a stud. He's so concerned about scoring that he completely ignores defense. So much so that he's been a garbage time player for most of his career until Tmac went down. We're the Rockets, not the Phoenix Suns. The suns never won squat and won't even make the playoffs this year precisely because they have too many guys who have a motion offense and have guys who aren't shy about jacking up shots. AB, RonRon, and Wafer are big enough chuckers that they sure as hell don't need anymore encouragement.

AB is not wafer, wafer has height ,bodysize and power to attack the basket. If AB try to be wafer ,he will be blocked more!!!Besides, AB should be a PG if he is still on the Damn Starting PG position.

Just let Lowry start! What a game of Lowry!!! Lowry do need more min. and should start!!! The team plays pretty well with lowry in the 4quarter

I posted the stats that showed Brooks had a good month of shooting, well above his season average. And people are still adamant to say send the chucking bricking midget to the bench. Why even work hard to make a point in this GARM then ;)

People are acting like the Rockets have had point guards in the past, the whole last DECADE, that always deferred their shots to Yao. Rafer ran the offense and defended okay. But I dont remember Rafer acting like a 6th option. He was among the league leaders in 3 point jacks. To say Brooks should now give up his shooting and defer to Yao, the part that ISNT HIS STRENGTH, doesnt make any sense.

Or just bring him off the bench and get Lowry in there.

Are we talking about shooting guard here? Putting shot-first AB as a starting PG with Yao on the floor doesnt make any sense.

Aaron does want to pass yao the damn ball but his size only leaves him one dimension to pass the damn ball, but yao's size also prevents him getting the ball from aaron's. We have the tallest center in NBA and almost the shortest PG of the world, which is a typical irony. :D

If AB does not play aggressive, he should not be on the court. Always play to your strength.

Aaron is able to make surge in the regular season games which are relatively faster than the postseason ones and allow him more space to show his speed for that reason, but the postseason games are over the other side of the band which is almost impossible for Aaron's boat to leap over. I hope not but I'm really concerned Aaron will be proven another luther head once the playoffs begin.

Post All-star break Aaron is shooting a bit over 41% from the field, and 38% from the line. His APG is up about an assist and a half, and his scoring is up a few ppg.

Rafer was shooting right around his career averages of 37%(38) inside the arc and 35%(35) from 3 point range. So yes, as a starter Aaron is a lot better. Alston with more MPG only averaged a little over one assist more per game than the starter version of Brooks. Lets not even get into the Aaron can get better aspect of being only in his 2nd year.
