that's exactly what's about to happen you can see it coming, the AB haters on the Garm are so predictable!
well if its as bad as it looks, ish is going to be getting alot of pt as a rookie. with lowry's iffy situation with back spasms, we're either going to have to trade for another pg or just give ish a trial by fire into the nba
You might be right but I have been watching basketball for a long time and I have never seen a charge called when someone attempts a shot from half court. I have seen a defender called for a foul though in that situation.
They just signed a new PG at the Valley, but we don't have a roster spot....I think Taylor might get his wish and get released. DD
damn its really unfortunate that AB is hurt like that. especially when our team is struggling. We need him for us to bounce back into winning. I hate to see any player go down in an injury, but to be fair, i really don't think Manu did it deliberately, or at least try to slide his feet under AB. he seem to have moved sideways trying to prevent the shot. I guess u can argue that it was unnecessary but for any player, i don't think they should give up on the defensive end, not matter if its a half court heave at the end of a half. Hey i am not saying he should injure AB, but I really don't think it was on purpose. It was just unfortunate. GET WELL SOON AB...WE NEED YOU FOR OUR TO TEAM PUT TOGETHER A WINNING STREAK! guess Ish is gonna get a chance in a life time, he prob will be starting next game with AB and Kyle out.
i dont think i have ever seen a charge called at halfcourt in any level of basketball. ginobili has been in this league for what 8 years now and idk why he thought he would be able to get a charge called. boneheaded play on his part but i dont think it was dirty as much as i hate to say it.
I don't think he was hoping for a charge, he was just trying to force him to take a shot from further out by giving him an obstacle etc. Manu is not dirty...that was just really unlucky. DD
Manu is a winner. He could do anything for a win. At that time, 57-52. All he care was that shot. If AB made that shot, it would be 57-55! I don't think he intended to hurt AB. But, at that moment, the only thing in his brain was to stop that shot. Other player's life wasn't in his brain at all. Manu was my favorite player, but I cannot stand what he just did. AB was drafted by the rockets, and he is growing in front of our eyes. He is like a little brother to us. Sad!
OR keep Lee at the PG position and let Taylor score some and blow off Dampier considering it was a "verbal" agreement.
jordan hill fell in a similar way llast year and only missed one game. im feeling optimistic that he will be back sooner than later
All I can say about this, let's see how much the AB haters hate him while he is gone. oh, and just more reason to hate manu ginobili.
He doesn't get it Hayesfan. So why don't you have him on ignore. Seriously, I'm not having your babies until you do. And you thought you were picky? update edit: I'm awake and not really frustrated... well, kinda
did you actually say how people would "BLAME" wins on something ... as in ... anything dude...think about that comment you need to take a rest. seriously.
Subconsciously, I think someone somewhere had predicted the injury of Aaron before this season started. Just can't rememer for what reasons.
"Blame wins" can totally be a new Clutch BBS meme. I blame the the Rockets' two championships on Hakeem.
